Register Now: an opportunity to meet employees from the world of STEM industries and to learn more about pathways, job roles, skills and to try some hands-on activities.
Schools can bring groups of up to 12 students for a full day experience which will be timetabled to ensure that every student benefits from their time with employees.

SATRO STEMFest - 24th March 2025
SATRO STEMfest is a full day event for up to twelve Year 8/9 students with a focus on the pathway and career opportunities in STEM. The day will include opportunities to meet employers, try some hands-on activities, attend workshops and hear from employees at different stages of their careers.
Students will have the opportunity to take part in 3 activities during the day:
1. Work together to solve a challenge that provides a more in-depth experience of a STEM industry whilst finding out about how different STEM careers and their related skills can support the success or failure of a project.
2. Visit company stands where they take part in activities and discuss potential next steps in STEM - helping you meet Gatsby Benchmarks
3. STEM workshops with industry involvement.
We make a small charge of £90 per team and in addition to the activities throughout the day each school will be given a SATRO STEMfest Careers Booklet providing details of the companies that attended.
